I just wonder how to achieve it because the current laws try to be online poker to be a crime.

Before the Uige was approved most of the deposits was through an external site called eWallet NETeller (the PayPal of online gaming sites). Card deposits credit were available only for non U.S. players. Now, the credit card deposits are the main method for obtaining money on sites poker. Also note that this does not prohibit the money does not flow in the opposite direction. If a poker site sends you a check, you can charge it without problems at all.
