Searching the leaf base to accommodate a thin base / platform switch from the table?

We purchased a crib from JC Penny mission style. The base pad is approximately 18 "W x 34" L x 1 "H (one size ball very strange). The pad is almost identical to the standard platform of a changing table. Does anyone know where I can find a leaf or a cover to fit this cradle and / or a thin platform changing table?

I had the same problem and ended up buying a king size pillowcases. That worked very well. I dropped the bag when I needed them to change the "sheet".
