Suited Poker Table
What do you think about my theory of poker?

Say you have a weak hand as April 2 fit. You are in a table of 10 players. About 8 people are playing their hand. My theory is that if almost everyone is playing his hand which means they have more than a decent hand from the time. Therefore, it should mean most are not good cards in the deck, giving a better chance to surpass the 2 4 on the flop. I know there are faults, as some people play different or may be playing low pocket pairs, but I assume that MOST people play decent starting hands, especially if it's money.

Well, to be honest, hardly scratch the surface of in-depth poker playing here. Different situations / opponents often call for different actions / reactions. A lot of things to keep in mind when playing. Such as, are you playing games for money or you're talking about a tournament? What is your table image and the images box your opponents are planning? What is your position on the table? Are you talking about brick and mortar casions or play on-line? Depending on the image and aggressiveness of their opponents would not be out of the question for people to enter a pot with hands like J10, 9-10, or even smaller suited connectors. The fact that people are playing a hand does not necessarily mean you have a premium starting hand. There is no such thing called "pot odds", which can determine (in depending on the player and his style) if they are to play a less high-quality labor, or even an average starting hand below. Not to mention, even if you take a 2 or a 4 on the flop, If delivery in August, the chances of its torque low mathmatical be the best after fourth or fifth street are not large. Your best bet is to get information from their opponents, based on betting patterns, and show cards and try to take decisions and mathematically sound. Not only is the generalization of pre-flop. Obviously when playing in tournaments, position and size of the stack can be very important factors in his game, but still not like putting my life in the tournament eight delivered with 2-4, but adapted. Also what its worth, online gameplay varies from playing live games. The best option is to read and practice as much as possible, and eventually will find out the game or style that suits you .. 02
